Apple Music Stream Sync Stuck since August 4th / Plus User Issue

Hi, I'm a Plus user. My Apple Music stream sync has been completely stuck since August 4th. (I didn't even play music that day because I was at a military base without my phone).

It says Apple Music is "Connected," but it doesn't track any live streams now. Reconnecting multiple times didn't work. Also, I tried importing July data to fix it, but now it's stuck in the "Queued" status. Please help!
