Apple Music Importing

First problem is that I cannot connect my Apple Music. I click connect and log in, then it tells me I have to manually turn on “Media & Apple Music” through my phone settings so I click the Settings options it gives me and it takes me to the access and everything Stats.fm has on my phone and it’s already turned on. I tried turning it off and on again and I go back to the stats.fm app and it refreshes and it just doesn’t seem to connect. The second problem is that I cannot import the data I received from Apple Music, none of the files seems to be importing but I don’t know whether it’s because there’s an issue with actually importing or because I haven’t connected my Apple Music account
