Allow stream based stats on new monthly recap

Due to some of the songs i listen to being pretty long compared to others. The new monthly recap look only allows minute based stats while the previous one was based on the app setting. I don’t see why you would remove this feature so it must’ve been some accidental reduction. Bring this option back please
