Add Qobuz

Many other have already requested this feature, but I want to add to that pile of requests.

Since many people intend to migrate from Spotify to other streaming services it would be really beneficial to add support for more streaming services beyond the big 2.

Services likes Tidal and especially Qobuz are much more ethical and are already growing in popularity, so more available options would be a win-win for all of us.
