Add an ignore/hide or delete option for albums or songs that you don't want to register

My stats are full of things like white noise/rain sounds that I play with Alexa for my pets, and now my synced playlists are full of these random songs and I can’t find a way to get rid of them from the stats. They are already removed from my spotify taste profile, they just seem to still be in the extended streaming history.
