Ability to delete errant activity

Let’s say that I have a song that got played - that was only being played as part of a competition for what the worst song ever is, and for some reason I put my phone down and it was on repeat for an hour, how do I get rid of that song’s activity? Am I just stuck with this, and it’s karma for saying the song was the worst?
