Ability to block/hide artists from all-time stats

I would like to suggest a feature to hide or block specific artists from my profile and statistics.

It would be helpful to have the option to exclude certain artists from my "Top Artists," "Top Tracks," and "Top Albums" lists, especially when looking at the data from the very beginning of my account. Unfortunately, some artists have become controversial over time, and even though I listened to them a lot in the past, I no longer want them to appear in my stats or public profile.

It would be ideal to have a button directly on an artist's page to "Hide/Block artist from stats," which would retroactively remove them from my all-time history.
