Earlier track identifier number for songs not being counted

I noticed that some streams for some of my songs are not being counted. For example, for the song “Flowers”, the app says that my first stream for the song was on October 5, 2023. Upon checking my csv file from Apple, my first stream for the song was on January 13, 2023 with track identifier number 1663973562. Then the track identifier number was changed to 1702906535 in October 2023. That’s when the app started to count my streams for the song. So my streams from January to September 2023 were not counted. This also happened to several other songs in my library.
